Mariia Babiuk was a member of the administrative team in the Department of Linguistics and Translation at Chernivtsi National University.

A filmmaker herself, Mariia is drawn to the captivating world of documentaries and has a particular interest in subtitling. Her first film, “FERN FLOWER,” was produced as part of a Docutribe storytelling course at Chernivtsi National University. In addition to her creative pursuits, Mariia is a proven leader, translator, and educator who has played a key role in helping Docutribe design, implement, and expand its educational programming at the university. Moreover, under her guidance, a team of high school students have their own short film .
