Wat Tyler

Board Member

Wat Tyler is a proven business leader with nearly three decades of experience scaling technology startups and guiding large enterprises to growth, profitability, and acquisition.  He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at UKG, a leading provider of Human Capital Management solutions.

Beyond his business career, Wat brings to Docutribe a deep passion for storytelling, cultural diversity, and global engagement. He studied abroad for a year in Madagascar, where he conducted independent research projects on the Malagasy prison system and maternity wards, and later lived and worked in Seoul, Korea as an English teacher.

Wat is also deeply committed to philanthropy. He actively supports nonprofit organizations including Boston Children’s Hospital, McLean Hospital, and Artists for Humanity. In 2021, he founded the Britten Hartnett Tyler Foundation, dedicated to helping children who have lost a parent or sibling persevere and thrive. His professional expertise, global perspective, and dedication to meaningful social impact all inform his work as a board member of Docutribe.
