Wat is a proven business leader with a track record of scaling inception phase businesses to profitability and acquisition.  He has spent 23 years in technology startups, building sales teams to compete against and sell into the largest and most complex companies in the world.

Currently, Wat is VP Sales at UKG, a publicly traded provider of Human Capital Management solutions.  The company has grown exponentially in Wat’s time there, and he has built a top performing sales team. Previously, Wat was the VP Sales, East for SAVO, a rapidly growing provider of Sales Enablement software.  Over this period, he grew recurring revenue by 800%, the customer base 620%, and the user base from 15,000 to more than 110,000. 

Wat brings with him a drive to be involved in fundraising, a love for the diversity of cultures, and passion for documentary film. He spent one year studying in Madagascar and conducted two independent study projects, including a two-month study of the Malagasy Prison System as well as a month-long study of Malagasy Maternity wards.  Wat also lived and worked in Seoul, Korea as an English teacher.  Wat is actively engaged with many local organizations including Boston Children’s Hospital, McLean Hospital, and Artists for Humanity.  In 2022, he started the Britten Hartnett Tyler Foundation to ensure families that are coping with the painful loss of a loved one have the emotional and financial support required to persevere and thrive.
