Strategic Program Manager
Laaiba Mahmood is an award-winning journalist, nonprofit communicator, and a graduate of the University of Illinois, Chicago where she studied Political Science and Communications.
She supports Docutribe as a strategic program manager, contributing her strong organizational, communications, and nonprofit development skills to promote Docutribe's mission to use storytelling to create social good. She is also acting as a mentor for our fellows.
Alongside her work with Docutribe, she serves as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the nonprofit foundation, the Naperville Education Foundation, where she supports development efforts using creative storytelling across digital and print mediums.
Beyond work, she is an aspiring polyglot, globally-minded citizen, and loves to express herself creatively. Her favorite creative outlets include travel, speaking Italian, film photography, journaling, and henna artistry.
