Marc Verzani, Esq. is a New York City–based attorney who has practiced law since 1995, following his graduation from Boston College Law School. Over the past three decades, he has advised a wide range of clients—from individuals and closely held family businesses to billion-dollar enterprises—across corporate, real estate, family trusts, and litigation matters.
Mr. Verzani’s practice encompasses the full life cycle of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, sole proprietorships, and nonprofit organizations. He has guided clients through company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, and the acquisition, sale, and leasing of hundreds of commercial and residential properties.
As an experienced litigator, Mr. Verzani has appeared in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels on behalf of his clients. He is also a frequent speaker before trade associations and has been honored to serve as a guest lecturer at Chernivtsi Law School in Ukraine.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Verzani worked as a pension actuary in New York City, bringing a strong analytical foundation to his legal practice. An avid traveler, he has visited more than 50 countries, reflecting his global outlook and broad professional perspective.
