Evan Anthony has over two decades of experience working on a wide variety of genres. His work has been featured regularly at the Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Cannes, SXSW, DOC NYC, FullFrame, and Hot Docs. Several projects have been nominated for or won Emmys and Academy Awards.

Rosi Greenberg / Artist of Leadership Development

Rosi Greenberg, an Artist of Leadership Development, has spent 15 years fostering a more connected, humane, and creative organizational landscape. Rosi is the founder and CEO of Drawn to Lead, through which she offers bespoke workshops and retreats that empower thousands of leaders to unleash their narratives and find their inner strength. Her book, "Everyone Has a Sam: Meeting the Inner Critic and Re-Writing the Rules," tackles imposter syndrome through Rosi’s own vulnerable personal story, life-changing strategies, and tender, inspiring illustrations. Rosi specializes in supporting people to connect more deeply to themselves and others.

Rosi holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School with a certificate in Management, Leadership and Decision Sciences, and a BA in Anthropology from Brown University. At Harvard, Rosi was on the teaching teams for Ron Heifetz's Leadership From the Inside Out and Marshall Ganz's Public Narrative courses, and she now weaves together her expertise in Adaptive Leadership, Public Narrative, Internal Family Systems, Immunity to Change, Shadow Work and the creative arts to offer individual and group healing with a systemic lens. Her clients include Mobilize Recovery, The Mission Continues, SAFE Project, Intrepid Philanthropy, MIT Sloan Business School, Harvard Medical School, McKinsey, Gensler Inc, Fidelity Investments, and more. Rosi has also been an Artist in Residence at Foundation House and the extremely selective Artist Residency Thailand. In addition to her transformational workshops and retreat facilitation, Rosi helps teams vision, see connections, and document gatherings through her stunning visual scribing.

Joseph Schroeder / Documentary & Nonfiction Producer

Dubbed the “Swiss Army Knife” of Nonfiction Filmmaking by colleagues, Joe is a multifaceted producer who has specialized in the production of highly acclaimed educational and informational programming for over a decade for PBS, National Geographic, Smithsonian Channel, A&E, Discovery, ESPN+, CBS Sports Network and many other platforms. His producing credits include Master of Glass: The Art of Dale Chihuly, CHIEF: A Life and Death in the FDNY, and Beyond Borders: Undocumented Mexican Americans. He spent over a decade learning at the feet of acclaimed news and documentary producer Alvin Perlmutter, who himself had a 50-year career of creating informational and educational programming. He’s also an avid volunteer with DOC NYC and the Producers Guild of America, and now co-chair of the Membership Committee for the Documentary Producers Alliance.

Julie Bridgham / Advisor

Julie Bridgham is a recipient of both a Sundance and IFP Documentary Fellowship. She was the Director and Producer for the multi-award winning documentary feature THE SARI SOLDIERS that has screened in over 50 countries and for which she received the Human Rights Watch Nestor Almendros Prize for courage and commitment in filmmaking. She has directed and/or produced for numerous documentary series that have aired on CBS, BBC, Hulu, the Discovery Channel, TLC, and the Travel Channel, and created films for non-profits and humanitarian organizations including the United Nations World Food Programme, Oxfam, and the International Labour Organization. She was the Executive Producer for the award winning, Sundance supported documentary DRAWING THE TIGER, and recently worked on the documentary feature I AM GRETA that premiered at the Venice Film Festival, and is currently broadcast on Hulu. She was previously the Documentary Programmer for the Brooklyn Film Festival, and is a regular advisor and instructor for the Sundance Collab documentary courses. She is currently in production on a documentary feature focusing on civil rights in the Texas Rio Grande Valley, and is directing the documentary FUELED focusing on reforming the fossil fuel industry.

Bryan Hinkley / docutribe Team

Bryan is a dynamic music professional with career experience across multiple areas in the music industry. As a guitarist and stage manager, Bryan toured throughout much of the world with multiple bands (Tree, Gang Green, Clutch,311). Off the road, Bryan has had music placements featured in advertising, network TV, and films. After working as a composer/producer for a Nashville based music house, Bryan launched Gratitude Sound in his hometown of Boston in March 2014.

Bohdana Smyrnova / Writer-Director-Producer

Bohdana Smyrnova is a film writer/director of intimate female driven films. With a captive eye for mixed messages, Smyrnova has worked out a meticulous improvisational script development technique that provides actors space to explore and actively engage, which later translates beautifully on-screen in authentic and idiosyncratic portraits. She holds an MFA in film production from NYU (USA) where she was Dean’s Fellow, and a BA from Karpenko-Karyi institute of Theatrical Arts in Ukraine. She is an alumna of prestigious Cannes Film Festival Residence and ScripTeast screenwriting lab. Her short films were screened at over 350 events around the world, including Rotterdam IFF, Clermont-Ferrand, Slamdance, Taipei Golden Horse, and French theatrical release. Bohdana’s films/projects won over 20 awards. She has taught film in Syracuse and Wesleyan universities. She is currently preparing her debut feature film and splits her time between the USA and Ukraine.
