I'm Myroslav Tomashchuk, a 5th-year student at Chernivtsi National University. I'm 21 years old and I was born in Bania-Bereziv, a small village in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. For more than 3 years, I've been working as a freelance copywriter and translator for Ukrainian creative and advertising agencies. At the beginning of 2023, I got involved in my first book translation project, and since then I've been actively translating English and American literature for Ukrainian publishers.

I have been interested in videography since I was a kid and have always been watching YouTube. I even had a channel where I posted challenges with my brother and friends, later deleted it but remained capturing my life and events as vlogs on a private account. I am keen on watching sports (football and biathlon), music (I like singing a lot), reading, creating jewelry, photography and dancing. I am lucky to have always been surrounded by wise and supporting people from whom I got and still am getting a lot of inspiration and courage to achieve my goals.

I am currently doing my part-time postgraduation course at the department of translation and communicative linguistics. I am keen on editing photos and videos, and writing gripping stories, so I am positive about being able to contribute to the final outcome of our teamwork, having these skills.
