On April 26, 2014 a collaboration of Boston filmmakers set out to film an event in the city for "One Day in Boston," part of the documentary film "One Day on Earth." Shot throughout the entire day during intermittent rain with a Canon C300, a Freefly MoVI, aerial shots and timelapse photography from different locations, our film documented Boston based community organizers Isabel Torres and Kevin Thomas from PROJECT Right in Grove Hall. Because of recent left rotator cuff surgery due to camera work, instead of shooting this story I produced and directed it. One Day in Boston - Project Right

Living in the impoverished areas of Boston comes with many challenges. These two individuals grew up witnessing murder and violence, addicted to drugs and alcohol. That’s why they became involved with Project Right: to give children and even adults the resources to have a better future. Produced in partnership with Macomber Productions, Project Right, and One Day on Earth.
